Primary Care Sports Medicine
Dr. Natalie Witte
Dr. Witte is a Primary Care Sports Medicine physician, board certified in both Family and Sports Medicine. She was born near St. Louis, Missouri where she graduated valedictorian and scholar athlete from West County High School in Leadwood, Missouri. From high school, she went straight into medical school, in a combined BA/MD program at University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Medicine. Following medical school, she completed her family medicine residency at Barberton Citizens’ hospital in Barberton,OH, where she served as chief resident. After residency, Dr. Witte completed her Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at the renowned Cleveland Clinic, where she provided team coverage for multiple sports teams, including the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers and NFL Cleveland Browns. While practicing in Arizona, Dr. Witte served at both the committee and board levels of Scottsdale Health Partners and Innovation Care Partners, clinically integrating independent physicians to assist with providing quality healthcare. During this time, she also provided sideline and clinical coverage for student athletes at Notre Dame Prep high school and Arizona Christian University.
Since moving to Georgia in 2018, she has continued to care for athletes through event sideline coverage through partnering with PT Solutions and serving as the South Paulding Spartans Team Orthopedic Physician. Dr. Witte works at Welstar Pediatric Orthopedic (formally known as Pedatrics Orthopedics Assosiates and Next Level Sports) and will be starting her 6th year serving as team physician for the South Paulding Spartans. It has been an honoring helping to keep all athletes playing safely and at the top of their game.

Kaitlyn Camp
Kaitlyn Camp, a native of Powder Springs, Georgia, is a driven professional with a distinguished academic and professional background. Graduating from Hiram High School, she pursued her athletic endeavors at Young Harris College before transferring to Georgia College in Milledgeville, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Physical Education. Continuing her academic journey, she achieved her Masters in Science from the University of South Florida through the esteemed Post-Professional Athletic Training program in May of 2021.

Kaitlyn's passion for both medicine and athletics ignited early in her life, fostering a career dedicated to excellence in athletic training. With over 9 years of experience at PT Solutions, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise and commitment to serving athletes. Beginning as an intern, she quickly rose through the ranks to become a pivotal figure in the athletic training community. As the inaugural Athletic Trainer at New Manchester High School and later transitioning to South Paulding High School, Kaitlyn has become a cornerstone in promoting athlete well-being and performance.

Recognized for her exceptional dedication, Kaitlyn was honored with the prestigious Unstoppable Award in 2016. Recently, she has assumed the role of Senior AT within PT Solutions, where she oversees a team of talented professionals and their respective schools, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Kaitlyn values time spent with loved ones and enjoys moments of relaxation by the pool or at the beach. Together with her husband, Jake Camp, who serves as the Head Boys Soccer Coach at South Paulding High School, they find fulfillment in contributing to their community. Their cherished fur baby, Kaiser, adds joy and excitement to their lives. In March of 2023, they welcomed their first child, Daniella Camp, marking the beginning of a new and joyous chapter for their family.
